Full Journal pdf1995-03-20 House Journal Page 0809 HB 233 The Labor & Commerce Committee has considered: HOUSE BILL NO. 233 "An Act extending until 1999 the termination date of the Board of Clinical Social Work Examiners, Board of Marital and Family Therapy, State Medical Board, Board of Nursing, Board of Nursing Home Administrators, Board of Psychologist and Psychological Associate Examiners, Real Estate Commission, and Hazardous Substance Spill Technology Review Council; extending until 1996 the termination date of the Board of Marine Pilots and the Correctional Industries Commission; and providing for an effective date." and recommends it be replaced with: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 233(L&C) "An Act extending until 2004 the termination date of the Real Estate Commission and the Special Education Service Agency; extending until 1999 the termination date of the Board of Clinical Social Work Examiners, Board of Marine Pilots, Board of Marital and Family Therapy, State Medical Board, Board of Nursing, Board of Psychologist and Psychological Associate Examiners, Board of Storage Tank Assistance, Correctional Industries Commission, and Hazardous Substance Spill Technology Review Council; and providing for an effective date."
